Practical Classics Restoration Show

We shall be supporting the FBHVC stand this weekend at the NEC in the Skills Zone with an Alvis on display in the Archiving section (plan below).

If you are are visiting on Friday 18th – Sunday 20th do stop by and have a chat.

On the Federation stand in Hall 5 visitors will be asked to decide on the future of Betsy, a 1931 Alvis TJ 12/50. They can examine the car and decide if it should be preserved, recommissioned for the road, or fully restored to concours condition.

Betsy is one of the final series of 12/50 tourer models, registered on 27th February 1931. A very sporting vehicle of the era, she has 12 volt coil ignition and wire wheels. Voting slips will be available on the stand.

Also at the show a fine looking TA14 saloon is offered for sale in the auction on Saturday
