The story of 14147

This is a rare 19.82 hp Silver Crest, one of three despatched in chassis form only.

 chassis 14147 / engine 14609 / car number 18993  left the factory 13th September 1937 for Galt’s of Glasgow.

 The body maker of 14147 is unrecorded but it wasn’t registered as BGD 283 until 11th December. The caravan is a Paladin. The last licence expired 30/12/55 in the name of W. Bolden of Harefield.
